Aleph is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet and it is associated with the element air/wind and the breath of God.
Aleph indicates the Oneness and Unity with Creator, our state of being before manifesting in this reality. It assists us transcending the illusion of separation and duality; helping us recognize Creator as the source of everything that we perceive here as well as finding Creator as the divine spark within ourselves.
Aleph represents the spiritual power we have within, to return to the state of unity and unconditional love.
Beth is the second letter of the Hebrew Alphabet and it is associated with the creation of our physical reality based on the idea of duality, offering the possibility for duality and opposites, necessary for our intellectual understanding.
Beth also creates the illusion of separation between the physical and spiritual realms, and our separation from Source and each other, necessary to perceive ourselves as the creators of our own reality, with the opportunities for spiritual growth as well as the challenges that this illusion brings to our lives.
Gimmel is the third letter of the Hebrew alphabet. It stabilizes and harmonize oppositions. It is a dynamic balance between opposing powers. Gimmel unifies the Oneness of Aleph (א) and the duality of Bet (ב), balancing these two energies creating harmony

Zayin alludes to assertiveness, power, and authority.

Mem represents flow and depth, the revealed and concealed mysteries of creation, the waters of wisdom and knowledge. It is the ability to dive deep into that wisdom and learn to balance our emotions, to heal and purify ourselves.

By meditating on Samekh we learn to clear ourselves of lower vibrational energies, we gain control over ego and connect with our higher self, to feel protected and supported.
Samekh is a closed circle that represents infinity and the infinite light. It teaches to find balance between giving and receiving, being supportive and supported, interdependence and independence, helping us understand circular flow and continuity.

Tzadi is the eighteen letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and it means “to be on the path,” which is to have an awakened experience of the spiritual truth.
Tzadi represents humility and modesty, righteousness, wisdom, integrity, morality, restraint and walking the way of justice. It will lead you to find goodness in everyday life. It represents the one who brings down the Light of Creator into this reality, the person that strives to be honest with his/her conscious, loves justice and fairness.
All the previous letters explain the steps of the path, the elements involved in experiencing the physical form. Tzadi is a letter of action, defined by action, not by belief or by theory. Tzadi defines us. The struggle a Tzaddik engages in is only against his or her own mind, is the one that accepts changes, and is willing to abandon tendencies in order to receive illumination.
Khof is the nineteenth letter of the Hebrew alphabet and it is the only letter (besides the sophit or final letters) that extends below the baseline of the other letters, indicating descent into the lower worlds with the ability to ascend to the highest, by working on ourselves.
Khof has to do with the required inner work of removing the layers of the superficial, to awaken our spirituality and feel sacredness and unconditional love, transforming darkness, difficulties, defeat, trouble, and pain into growth, light, love.
Khof represents the idea of the necessarily sacrifices we must make in order to reach a higher spiritual state; sacrificing aspects of our lower self: ego, to allow the holy to flow through, allowing us to become a vessel for the divine light. It indicates the requirement for every human to overcome his/her purely animalistic nature and to mirror the wisdom of Creation, to realize his/her true spiritual nature that goes beyond the physical experience.
Resh is the twentieth letter of the Hebrew Alphabet and it is associated with the concept of head and leader, chief or master. It is also associated with beginnings, breaking through, building anew and forging ahead, it teaches us that a new beginning is possible, through a change of attitude and by awakening our inner master.
Resh represents comprehension, understanding and it encourages initiative, it contains the qualities of a leader and it is one of the most creative letters of the alphabet.
Resh represents the head , bringing forth the idea of deep spiritual connection and illumination, it symbolizes the higher intelligence that can help achieve a higher level of consciousness.
The gematria of Resh is 200 (ר) which can be reduced to 20 (כ) to further 2 (ב). All these energies can be considered as containers. Bet ב is the container of our physical reality, Kaf כ is the cupped palm of the hand of God, and the womb of the mother, ready to receive, and Reshר contains the infinite and exponential growth, by opening new channels and bringing expansion into reality.

Tav is the twenty-second and last letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and it represents the synthesis of all of the Hebrew letters. Tav means mark, seal, stam, it is the completion of our work or task, the stamp that certify that our job is completed and ready to be judged.
Tav represents the transformation needed to bring creation back to the harmonious state as was originally intended. It is any activity performed to improve our world, the opportunities to fulfill the mission of transforming creation into a reality of love, sharing and mutual cooperation with each other. It is finding the purpose of one’s life.
Tav is the moment when we reach the end, the time to reflect, before the beginning of the next one, a new experience at a higher dimension. It is the “truth” we discover at the end of a journey, only upon seeing the outcome we understand the motives behind the experience.
